You describe what you need done. Abunch Media teaches a computer how to do it. That computer runs the task at any volume, at any hour, without any help.
01 — What We Do
Give AI a shovel. Our workflows do what you tell them and don't ask for breaks.
Abunch Media builds automated systems that run repetitive business operations — lead qualification, proposal generation, invoice processing, content publishing, and similar work — without a person doing it each time. A company describes its rules once. Abunch Media encodes those rules into software that runs the task at any volume, around the clock, without error or delay.
The difference between this and tools like Zapier is the level of logic. Zapier connects two apps with one rule: if something happens, do something else. Abunch Media builds end-to-end systems with decision logic built in — scoring, conditional routing, approval chains, document generation, and error handling. When a business rule changes, the update happens in one place and applies everywhere. In a collection of disconnected automations, the same change requires updating each one individually, and a missed update sends the wrong information to the right person.
Any task that follows a defined process is a candidate. Common examples:
No engineering staff is required on the client side. Abunch Media handles all technical implementation. The client provides access to the tools already in use and one person on the team who understands how the target process currently works.
02 — Who This Is For
The right fit is a company where at least one person's actual day — not their job title, their actual day — is doing the same task on repeat. Reviewing expense reports. Screening resumes. Qualifying leads. Processing invoices. Writing the same follow-up email 40 times a week. Abunch Media works best with companies doing over $500,000 in annual revenue with at least three full-time employees.
The clearest signal is this: every time the business takes on more work, it needs to hire another person. If doubling revenue means adding $120,000 to the payroll, the business has a structural cost problem. Automation addresses the structure, not the symptom.
Three situations where the economics point elsewhere. The business can hire good people immediately whenever it needs them. Labor is already the smallest cost and the owner genuinely does not care what it costs. The owner prefers managing a larger team to making more money per person. Automation also requires a consistent process. If the business does not do something the same way every time today, the first step is defining that process.
03 — How It Works
Discovery
Abunch Media maps every workflow in the business, documents the approval logic, identifies which processes to automate first, and defines success metrics before any code is written.
Build
Business rules get written into software, integrations connect to the tools already in use, and the first workflow goes live within 30 days of kickoff.
Deploy
Remaining workflows go live, performance is monitored and adjusted, reporting dashboards are built, and the team is trained to operate the system without Abunch Media's involvement. The system is fully documented so no external support is required to run it day to day.
Maintain
Clients on the Embedded plan receive ongoing monitoring, performance adjustments, and expanded automation coverage at $5,000 per month. Processing 100 transactions and processing 10,000 transactions require the same infrastructure — costs stay fixed while output scales.
Full process detail — including post-deployment support and what the Embedded plan covers — is on the FAQ page.
04 — Pricing
Audit — $1,297
Abunch Media maps every workflow in the business, scores each one by return on investment, and delivers a specific action plan showing what to build first and what each improvement saves in hours and dollars. Delivery takes 10 days. The $1,297 fee credits in full toward the setup cost when the project moves forward.
Setup — from $10,000
The complete build. Business rules get written into software, integrations connect to the tools already in use, and all workflows go live. The exact fee depends on the number of workflows and integrations required. The audit produces the exact quote before any commitment is made.
Embedded — $5,000 per month
Ongoing monitoring, performance adjustments, expanded automation coverage, and reporting dashboards as part of a monthly engagement. Processing 100 invoices and processing 10,000 invoices require the same infrastructure — that is why the fee is flat regardless of volume.
Common pricing questions are answered in full on the FAQ page.
05 — Where to Start
Not everyone who lands here is ready to commit to an automation project. There is a correct next step for every situation.
Want a complete growth plan built around your business?
The operations running your business exist only in your head. New hires ask you questions. Contractors wait for your instructions. Nothing moves without you in the loop. Abunch Media builds a custom operations playbook — 60 to 100 pages — from a 10-minute intake form and a 60-minute strategy call. Revenue model, sales process, delivery workflow, team structure, tool setup, automation workflows, and a 90-day implementation plan, built from your specific business data. Delivered in 10 days. $1,297.
